Delivery Information

Orders placed on IsaByMel can be delivered every day of the week. Delivery costs may vary depending on the selected shipping method, the origin of the item, and the
destination. Express delivery is available for most destinations, while standard delivery is available in selected countries. During checkout, all available delivery options for your location will be clearly displayed.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so
you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery

times may vary depending on the supplier and destination. If your order has not
arrived within 5 working days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact our
customer service team for assistance.

Delivery Fees

• Free delivery on orders above €70
• Orders below €70 will be charged a delivery fee of €6.95

Partial Deliveries

We dispatch items as soon as they become available. As IsaByMel works with multiple suppliers, your order may be delivered in separate shipments
to ensure faster delivery. If your order is split:

• You will receive multiple tracking links
• No additional shipping costs will be charged

The estimated delivery date for remaining items can be found in your order confirmation email.

I Have Only Received Part of My Order

If you have only received part of your order, this is likely due to items being shipped separately. Please check your email for additional tracking information.

If you believe items are missing, feel free to contact our support team.

Has Your Estimated Delivery Date Passed?

Please check your “My Orders” section for the latest tracking updates. If the estimated delivery date has passed and:

• No tracking updates are available, or
• Your parcel appears to be delayed

Please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Can I Combine Multiple Orders?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple orders placed at different times into a single shipment. Each order is processed and dispatched separately, even if they are placed on the same day.
